Can't delete printer!

I am trying to delete a Samsung ML-1210 laser from the available printers (so I can reinstall the crazy thing). I've gone through the usual routine, but the procedure stops with the "Printers and Faxes" noting there is one print job (which I cannot seem to delete) and that the printer is "Deleting".

How do I exit this particular purgatory?
