My roomate has been using my computer for a couple of days now and he's been using limewire.
He tried to downlaod porn (DUH) and well.... I guess he downloaded some stuff that he shouldn't have.

Now in my "incomplete" folder I have a bunch of files that has .jpg and .mpg extension but I can't do anything with them.
One of the mpg files is 110MB in size!!!!

When I right click on these files, I don't have the "delete' option. When I tried deleting using the X button, it doesn't do anything. I can't copy these files, I can't cut these files, I can't do anything with these files.
I ran my antivirus program (panda platinum) and no virus was found. I ran adaware and spysweeper and removed all spywares that were found but these files weren't those either.
I also tried using deep delete on these files but I keep getting error message: run time error '461' specified format doesn't match format of data.

With the mpg files, the right clikc options are: Play, Enqueue in winamp, add to winamp's bookmark list, open, add to now playing list, add to playlist, add to synclist, add to burn list, open with...

With the jpg files, the right click options are: preview, print, edit, rotate clockwise, rotate counter-clockwise, set as desktop background, open with..., send to:

What can I do to delete these files?? This is so annoying!!! I swear to God I'm not letting anybody use my computer ever again!!

HELP!!!!!

Thanks guys...

Hey, thanks for the link but I'm not a computer savvy.
Could you please elaborate more on what he's talking about?? I'm confused with what he's saying...
Thanks again 🙂

open task manager, end task explorer, in task manager: file > new task (run...) > enter "cmd" > go to the files and del filename.extension each one. When done with that, in task manager: file > new task (run...) > enter "explorer"

G'luck.

Okay guys, thanks for the help. But I'm still unable to delete the files.
When I use the del filename.extension command, I keep getting "can't find the file name" answer.

Any other idea???
