Can't decide what card to buy.

Hi, I'm building my first system.
It includes: P3 1Ghz, 256ram, etc.

My only hangup is what video card should I get.
I mainly do internet and office stuff, but I sometimes play racing and role playing games so I want them to look good also. Maybe I'll start playing more games??? I also am looking at digital photography.
I have no desire to watch DVD's or hookup to TV.

I have a AGP 4X slot.
I'm looking to spend no more than about $130.
Also, whats the difference between retail and OEM. Which is perfered.

What racing games do you like to play? Message me and I can tell you what card is good for that particular title. Personally I play grand prix legends. It is the toughest and most realistic sim. You can go online to VROC to and there are usually about 100 people to race against.

OEM usually only has a warranty by the place you buy it from. It does not come with any software but the drivers and no fancy box.
