Not too sure about the silverstone PSU, but i recently bought the corsair HX520W PSU. I have to say that its VERy silent. Almost too silent. Its comes with sleeved cables (24pin/8pin 12V and 4pin 12V) plus its semi modular which is neat. Comes with everything you need.

I suggest this PSU. According to silentPC which really knows how to test PSUs, this one is on the top of the food chain, if not on the very top on their recommended list.

Well, the Corsair 520HX from buy.com arrived today and it runs very quiet. I was surprised how small it is, an inch shorter than my old 420W PSU it replaced. 40A on 12v should be plenty for anything this side of dual 8800gtx's.
