Can't connect to Sprint Vision with Sanyo 8100?

It says something about the connection failing, and that my username/pw is incorrect..even though there isn't any place to type in my un/pw. Anyone familiar with this phone know how this works?
 
It sounds like your phone lost its vision information. I used to have this phone, but I cant remember how to reset that. You are going to have to call up customer service and have them walk you through it. I have listed the CSR "red phone" number (the one Sprint employees use to activate your phone at the store) below. You may to keep it handy because it gets you to a real person quicker. The number is 1-877-909-4806. All they are going to do is send the info to you over the network and you should be up and running in no time. Good luck and I hope it gets fixed soon.
 
Just turn off the phone, then turn it back on and connect to vision, it will assign you a different login, at least that's what mine did.

If you cannot login thru the website, then you will have to call.

How can I do that at the website?

And turning it off and on again didn't help anything..
 
go to https://manage1.sprintpcs.com/Manage

then log in using your phone number and password (if your password doenst work, then you have to call)

Go to "My personal information" on the left hand menu

Got to "PCS Vision User Name" on the left hand menu to confirm your user name (should be soemthing like MFogle55@sprintpcs.com

Then click on "PCS Vision Password" on the left hand menu

Change the password and you will see towards the bottm near the submit button it says:

"you will be able to use your new PCS Vision Password right away at sprintpcs.com. We will also be updating your PCS Phone with your new password. Please ensure that your PCS Phone is on and has a signal: (then fill the box where it says "yes, my PCS Phone is on and has a signal"

You should see on your phone that it is being updated.
