go to
https://manage1.sprintpcs.com/Manage
then log in using your phone number and password (if your password doenst work, then you have to call)
Go to "My personal information" on the left hand menu
Got to "PCS Vision User Name" on the left hand menu to confirm your user name (should be soemthing like
MFogle55@sprintpcs.com
Then click on "PCS Vision Password" on the left hand menu
Change the password and you will see towards the bottm near the submit button it says:
"you will be able to use your new PCS Vision Password right away at sprintpcs.com. We will also be updating your PCS Phone with your new password. Please ensure that your PCS Phone is on and has a signal: (then fill the box where it says "yes, my PCS Phone is on and has a signal"
You should see on your phone that it is being updated.
