Can't connect to ICQ

Ah! My brother was on ICQ then he got off the computer and I went on right after him and went to connect to ICQ and of course it doesn't work for me!
 
bump - because I can't connect via icq right now. A bunch of people in my hall can't either. Tricky thing is: my roommate is connected as I type. Can't even pull up www.icq.com (neither can he). Anyone know a logon server that works right now? I'll do a whois query on it to make sure it traces to AOL. TIA.
