Can't connect to CS server??

It says that my client is different from the host.. mine is like 43 while the server is 38.. Can anybody help me? I download v1.1 from counter-strike.net.

Was trying to get into neo's server..

 
MAke sure you Half-Life is updated to the latest version as well. I think the current one is 1.1.0.6
