Cant connect to any microsoft domain or subdomain????

so im tying to update vista and it wont allow me to connect to any type of windows website. yes i know vista has windows update built in but i get error 80072EFD when i try to update. I cant even connect to it using firefox. idk what the hell is going on? i already put the sites in my 'Trusted' section in internet options to no avail.???

You guys on RR? Having trouble here too. They started having some problems last night with routers it looks like. My favorite game server had me up at a 750ms ping for several hours before dropping down to a (even laggier?) 220ms ping. Fun playing TF2 with a 3/4 second delay. The fact that it was still playable speaks wonders for the net code. ;)

yea im on RR also. where in NC r u located?

yeah, i'm on RR in Raleigh, seeing this problem. I also noticed some issues at work yesterday, which is also on RR

Yeah, I'm in Gastonia experiencing the same problem. Tried to get through to tech support but just get a busy signal.

I'm with Time Warner in Austin, TX and I noticed some nasty ping (750ms) on my fav TF2 server and also trying to run Full Tilt Poker was laggy as hell as well. Past couple days have been like that. Maybe it is a nationwide thing.
