Can't click on links in Firefox

Hi All,

I am running the latest version of FF on my Netbook running XP.

For some reason, if I have multiple tabs open and then a website opens up a separate FF window, FF locks up and I can't click on any links or close the window until I alt-tab onto the offending FF session and close it by right click close.

It's not a fatal problem but just extremely annoying especially when you hit websites that open up windows.

Has anyone had this problem or know of a way of fixing it?

I just noticed that I can't click on the links even without another window opening. If I shut down FF and restart it it works. It also works if I sometimes leave it alone for more than a minute.
