Can't change the time on Vista 64.

I recently upgraded to Vista 64 and noticed the time in the lower right corner is in military time. I can't chage that to simple AM or PM. That option is not available. The bios time shows the same thing. When I had XP that was not the case. Any suggestions?

Sounds like a BIOS issue. Your O/S hasn't loaded at that point, so look into fixing BIOS first.

Control Panel-->Regional and Language Options-->Customize this format...(button)-->Time-->Time format-->h:mm:ss tt (or whatever alternative format you want to use)
