Question can't change color in ICUE software

Suddenly my setting for change color in ICUE Software dissapear.I can't change color anymore on my Corsair H115i.Why?Windows problem,software problem or hardware problem?Software version is the latest.All wires are connected properly.
any hint?

What motherboard do you have? Do you have the motherboard software installed? I have a MSI board. Their "MSI Center" will over-ride the iCue software if it's not set up right.
