Can't burn over 700mb bin files

Using burnatonce I get the message:
ERROR: Drive does not accept any cue sheet variant - please report.

Using CDRWIN I get the message:
Error: 'START DAO RECORDING' command failed on the device
Cuesheet was rejected by the CDROM reader.

I have a pioneer DVR-105 and I have 1.33 firmware (newest). Any idea how to fix this? The problem only occurs on files over 700mb. Thanks
