can't browse my network in WinMe

I have 2 systems plugged into a hub, my Win98SE machines sees the WinMe machine, but not vice versa. i've run the Home Networking wizard and everything seems installed right. Do u know the deal is?
 
Try to set the ME machine to master browser, and also enable broadcasting on 98.

of course you have to "logon to the network" from the ME machine.
