I can not get my Win 2K drive to boot when I put it on my ATA100 Promise IDE controller.

I have a dual boot 98SE/Win 2K system and I setup my drives off the regular ATA33/66 Primary IDE interface.

Everything works fine but now I want to move the faster drive to the Promise controller. I have loaded Promise drivers 1.60 build 25 and updated BIOS (A7V boot sequence has 4th device =SCSI/Onboard ATA Boot Device; my Onboard ATA Boot device is enabled.

The ATA100 sees my drive but won't boot to W2K; I get this message:
Windows 2000 could not start because of a computer disk hardware configuration problem. Could not read from selected boot disk; check boot path and hardware.

I can still boot to my 98SE drive on the ATA33/66 IDE.

I think my Boot.ini is missing something? Here is my boot.ini which is the same on both my 98 drive and Win2K. I boot from 98 and make a selection of which operating system to use...

[boot loader]
timeout=1
default=signature(84b467a6)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT
[operating systems]
signature(84b467a6)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(1)\WINNT="Microsoft Windows 2000 Professional" /fastdetect
C:\="Microsoft Windows"

Can someone post there boot.ini for a 98/win2K dual boot system or let me know if I am missing something in my boot.ini?

Thanks!
Brian
