Cant boot anymore (GRUB)

Ok so I tried to dual boot my system and failed hard. I can not get far enough to do a system restore. Here is the error:

Booting 'Windows NT/2000/XP'

fallback 2
find --set-root /ntldr

Error 17: File not found
Booting 'Enter Command Line'

Boot failed! Press any key to enter command line

One I press the 'any key' it takes me to grub4dos and I can not figure out how to fix it from there. I also tried booting Vista from it but I also get the same error =

nothing in there helps me =

basically grub4dos starts on boot but cannot start either vista or server 2008 ( i tried the commands in there for starting them, but they gave me errors) both say;

Error 14: Invalid or unsupported format
booting 'Windows NT/2000/XP' (or Vista)

Looks like your boot sector may have gotten corrupted during your attempt at dual booting. Bust you can do is format the HDD and start the OS installs over again.
