Can't Add Rig

I have tried several times now, on different computers, and even spanned over several weeks to add my rig to the My Anadtech portion of the site but get the same error everytime:

Anyone else having this problem? Know how to fix it?

I had mine in my sig as well but it gets too big imo, I would much rather have a link to the full specs.
