Can't access Internet Options in IE!

Hey, whenever I click tools then internet options in IE it gives me this message. This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact system administrator. I am the only user on this computer, and the computer administrator. How do I get around this?

Are you using Spybot search and destroy? Look here

yep, sounds like you're running an option in spybot that locks you out of your internet options. if you're using spybot, open the program, click on the immunize button then look under "recommended miscellaneous protections" and uncheck "lock IE control panel". close spybot then restart your browser. you should then be able to access your internet options.
