Can't access computer with Windows networking

I've got a weird problem I can't solve ...

My home network is all wired up and working. On one end, there's my WinXP (Athlon-900) main computer; on the other, my secondary Win2k (PII-300) rig. Internet connection sharing works flawlessly, and I can access the Win2k rig from the WinXP normally. But when I try to do the other way around (Win2k->WinXP), I receive this weird error message:

\\Athlon-900 is not accessible.
Logon failure: user account restriction.

I can see Athlon-900 through the "Computers Near Me" window, but I haven't found a way to access its files. PII-300 runs as Administrator, and Athlon-900 has User accounts with administrator privilages. While WinXP opens a dialog box for user and password when connecting to other computers, Win2k doesn't seem to have this.

What can I do?

And we have a winner!
Thanks JackMDS ... that webpage had just the thing (although somewhat hidden)

It seems that WinXP doesn't allow access without a password by default ... fiddling with User Policies, this can be disabled and now everything works great.
Thanks a bunch!!! 😀
