YOU DO NOT BUY FROM MPSUPERSTORE!
MPSuperstore was, by far, the worst store I have experienced in my entire life. It was simply a nightmare. Please allow me to share my experience. I ordered a Toshiba Tecra notebook from them. The price was, of course, my primary motivation. The price was good even after their hefty shipping and handling charges. They told me that they had the laptop in stock, and would be delivered within 24 hours upon receipt of my order. I ordered one. After a week, no computer. I called to see what was going on, and was told that it had been sent out. Another week, still no computer. I called again, and was told that they would send one soon (what? they told me that they had already sent one). I decided to give them another chance since I had waited for 2 weeks anyway. Another few days, no sign of the computer. I called and found that it hadn't been delivered yet. Actually I had to talk to a few people just to confirm I ordered one at all. They charged my CC 3 weeks ago! I was furious and cancelled the order although they gave me a real hard time to do so. I had to wait over one hour on the phone and had to go through a few people. Then they disconnected the phone and I had to do that all over again. The story did not end here. Actually it begins here.
After a few weeks, I received a surprise gift from MP. It was a Tecra that I cancelled! To make things more interesting, they charged $200 more than what they said they would. And it was NOT a new Tecra I had ordered. It was a refurbished one! And it appeared that it was a gray market stuff (e.g., Japanese version). Can you believe these guys? I called them, and asked them to take it back. They said they couldn't because it was ordered just FOR me. Ha Ha Ha! They said that I had to pay 20% restocking fee. They even threatened me saying that I was telling a lie and coud prove that I was telling a lie because they recorded phone conversations with me. Everyone knows that it is a fedreal offense to record phone conversation without permission, but these crooks did not know that! They were living in the 19th century wild west where there was no (or little) law and threatening with a gun worked. I figured MP was too low for me to deal with. I asked my friend who happened to be a lawyer to call them. He said one sentence - "I am the lawyer of your customer." Then they offered to refund me after 3 seconds.
They are the WORST crook you can ever imaging.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Consider yourself warned. Even if you are yet to experience a problem with them, you should not buy from them. They should NOT exist.
