Buy.com has the same camera, however, for $411.95 with free shipping and no tax outside of CA - linky

Pricematch with Staples, 110% PM brings it down to around ~$400 + tax, shipped free - or you could avoid tax and get another 2% eBates by ordering through Buy.com - got mine there since local/state taxes here add up to 8.5%.
