Canon S3 IS $249 at Dell?

Thanks OP! I just worked my way through the telephone system and was able to get a sales rep on the phone. Took a while for him to get the approval, I had to give him a code that was on the ad that I had on the screen (Thanks!). It went through! $269 taxed (free shipping) to New York. Incredible!

wow, $249 for S3IS is great price, I got the S2IS for $279 this month.

Has anyone tried pricematching this at CC? They have it listed at 399.99 and if I recall correctly, have a 125% price matching policy, which would make it 249.99 less 47.50 or 202 or so. I cannot afford one but that would be a steal.

The sales guy said he'd take my number and call me back when they got more in but he didn't sound serious. I don't think they will or if they do, they will have the old price back.

Dell is cancelling all orders placed...I am talking with them right now...my order was placed on Sunday so any orders after that are SOL ....I also tried to PM this to Staples as it didnt work as Dell pulled the camera from their site. Staples has to verify its online and the flyer was useless as I tried that to. ;(

deal is dead through dell.. it was a price mistake.. I doubt they will honor the price just like the 1gb usb stick+powerstrip+software. My friend just got his canceled.
