Sweet... going to cancel my order for a $140 kodak I was going to get. Tax hurts a little ($10), but still nice deal with the extra memory.

Isn't the a95 $100 more? The a95 is 5m and the a75 is 3m, if you want higher resolutions go with the a95? I don't see how you could compare them since they are different categories. If you have the money then go for the better one.

The A95 is a better camera to be certain. The question you need to ask is whether your willing to pay another 200$ for the 5MP, 1.8" Swivel Screen, and the rest of the goodies.

Looks like a good deal... Had issues with the coupon part of it though... Went to apply the $25 off coupon, and nothing happens. Comes to $211 ish after tax, etc... then -$10 for the rebate... Still..

Is there a different coupon other than the one listed on TechCity?

That one worked fine for me... unless they stopped the code or something.

I think I see the problem. Noticed this comment on their site in reference to the coupon:

"$25 of $225. Expires after first 1500 uses. Coupon Code: XXXXXXXXXXXX "

Guess it's one of those 'snooze ya looze' deals for me... Any other coupons floating around? I could really use the camera as my wife isn't always happy sharing the one I bought for her birthday with me.. :(

What's nice about this camera is the capacity to add on different lenses to increase the zoom. The megapixel count is a bit low, of course, but it takes great pictures

How are these cameras for indorr/low light situation shots? I have a sony dsc-s85 that doesn't do all that well. Anyone know how this compares?

Mine is supposed to arrive on Wednesday but IMO I don't think the MP is too low. 3.2 is still good enough to take good quality pictures. I am very excited about purchasing different lenses for it though. That's always a plus.

If you don't mind getting a $20/150 Staples CPN from someone off of fleabay, you could get one from Staples for around $140 shipped by having them PM to outpost.com (they're showing it for $150 right now). Staples will probably add about $10 for 2nd-day air shipping to the $150, and you can take the $20 CPN off of that.

Or use the $25 GC CPN for a $100 purchase, still avail on the back of fall catalogs at many stores.

FYI...

You can opt for the 512mb CF card as well and there is a 10MIR valid (FYI actually there are new kingston rebates good for Dec for both 256/512 CF cards)

Also the auto 15% off cameras now says "all holiday season" so wahoo!

Also... the dellf 20% off memory/storage coupon etc works on the CF cards to save you a couple bucks.

Now we just need a good XX off XXX coupon which I'm sure there will be more of.

Kingston 256MB CF $10 for Dec
Kingston 512MB CF $10 for Dec

Very nice find ai42. If the xx off xxx coupons show up, it will be scorching, and I may even be tempted to pick up another A75 ;)
