Canon i850 vs. HP 5550

Has anyone compared highest quality photo output from these printers directly? AFAIK the 5550 with the special photo-color ink makes awesome pictures, but the 2 picoliter drops from the i850 is supposed to rock as well. I'm curious which one has overall better quality photo prints.

I'm assuming that the Canon will be faster and cost less per page than the HP (photo and text).
 
Well, apparently TomsHardware just put up a new end-of-the-year printer review. Yay!!!

Still, if anyone has comments from personal experience feel free to post.
 
If you aren't doing much printing, the HP is OK. Canon is the better choice anyway. Soon there will be a Canon i series with 6 cartridges. Will blow away everthing out there.
