Great deal if you are into DVD based camcorders - A friend in the industry told me that the # of disc-based cam sales has plummeted beyond belief to the point where they are blowing these things out.
 
Would have been great if it had not been DVD recording...and they use the mini DVDs at that, only 1.4GB of space.

Or if it could easily be converted to a hard drive or streaming mode, that would have had possibilities.
