Canon G9: Off-kilter LCD and wonky button

Just bought a Canon PowerShot G9. Love the camera, but my first qwibble was with the Playback button, which appears to sit slightly higher than it should, but still functions. Second issue is with the LCD, which is very slightly off-kilter, about half a millimetre. Almost unnoticable, but I've got a good eye for uneven lines. Doesn't affect performance.

Anyone else hear of build quality issues with this model? Should I bother exchanging it?

Thoughts?
