Nice toy for those that got in on the recent S110 Deals. Says Good to 10 ft I've had my S100 down to 50 ft no problems.

yes and an expensive one at that. I thought it was interesting at first, but after thinking about it, it is true that I would probably use it 2-3 times out of the year.

This "toy" could save me money in the long run.

We get snorkling a few times a year on vacation. We end up spending $30 or more on those underwater disposable cameras.

So figure in a year or so it could pay for itself.

How do the underwater digital pictures using this case look?

As good or better than the disposables?

it's not just a "digicam case" it alows you to take it underwater.

If you don't dive it's a waste of money if you do it's cheap. With a 128 or 256 CF card you can take a hundred shots without having to get out of the water, dry the camera and reload film. I've done this and it's a pain in the *ss. I live in florida so I'll use mine quite extensivley.

All the functions, including flash, zoom, etc can be used underwater.

Biggest problem I've seen is the casing fogging up....

What kinda pictures can you take under only 10' of water? Nothing worth a shot in bath tub. Swimming pool? What else get your attention beside ladies' swimming suits?

Guess you've never snorkeled anywhere decent.

Sorry for you man.

You need to get out more often.

For that price they should make it at least 100 feet (for us scuba divers). Then I would buy one, but that price for a piece of plastic is just a rip...
