When I go to update my profile I get the following error:
"You have been forbidden to post/reply or edit a message in these forums.
back to the profile form."
The forums email me a new password but it hasn't actually changed, only the old password works. What's the problem?

I just logged in using your name and password and tried to update your profile (making no changes). I got a message asking me to enter a first name.
I haven't checked with Zuni, but I think this is because FT 3 requires a user name in each profile. Old accounts are not blocked, but when you try to update your profile, it will be requested.
Try it again, and let us know if this fixes your problem.
