Cannot send email. Please help.

Hi guys,
I am using Win2K Advance Server and I can receive mail without any problem but I cannot send out any mail
This is the error message which I got:
"The message could not be sent because its size exceeded the server's limit. You can use the option, located in Tools | Accounts | Properties | Advanced, to break messages into smaller parts. Subject 'Re: AnandTech Forums - FS Two Brand New Micron 256 MB PC133 Modules', Account: 'Bad Dude (GMX)', Server: 'smtp.netzero.net', Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '552 Attention! You are currently not logged onto NetZero. Please log into our network to send e-mail.', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 552, Error Number: 0x800CCC6D"

Can anyone help me out please.
I have never had this trouble with Win2K before.
 
netzero requires all users who are using their smtp server to be logged into their system

if you're not logged in and try to use it, you will get that error

who's your isp?
 
Many ISPs require you to be logged into their network to have mail relay privileges. You'd be able to receive just fine, but not send. The mail server determines whether or not you can send mail by what IP address you have. If you're on their network, you should have access. If not, you'll get denied.

If you ARE logged onto NetZero, try disconnecting & re-connecting. If you can get a different IP, that might solve it. If you are still getting that error, you'll probably want to call their tech support (does NetZero even have tech support?). Occasionally a mail server will deny mail relay access to IPs that should have it, & a server update can solve it.

Well guys. A funny thing is happening. I sign on another account for Netzero and I can send email with the new account without any problem what so ever even not log in for the secure server. But I cannot send email with the old account even logged in. Any ideas?
