Cannot move mouse to second monitor

I have been using my dual 20" LCD's just fine for 2 weeks now. I installed Ultramon and was tinkering with some settings. After doing that, I can no longer move my mouse to the second screen.

I have shut down the system and rebooted. The second screen shows the wallpaper and is activated in Windows. If I Control Panel to make that my primary monitor and can not longer move my mouse over to other one, even though all of the programs are over there. I have turned off Ultramon and rebooted, but it is still not helping. Can someone help me with this?

I am sorry, I am an idiot. I had it so that my right monitor was extending to the second montor via the right. I accidentally moved a screen to the right and it extended to my left screen. I made the change and all is good now.
