Cannot mount 60 gig Drive in Win2k on ATA 100 Card after installed drivers.

When I restart the computer, update the ATA 100 drivers during Win2k Setup... I restart the computer... the Drive somehow shows under the Win2k Device manager as well as the PCI Host COntroller card but it is not "MOUNTED" under my computer. The jumper at the back of the drive is set to CSEL. It is the only drive in the new PCI card. I already have 2 drives on the Primary and Secondary controller from the mobo and that works fine. When I am in Win2k to update the drivers... can I within the setup open the drive setup... pls help.

Have you tried to set the drive as master? My Wewstern Digital drive didnt like being set to Master when it was the only drive..I had to set it as Master/Single drive option, then it worked fine

If you go into Disk Management in 2k, can you see the drive to make a partition on it?
