Cannot Copy Files

My lab group was running a server on vista and it has gotten to the point where it is just too slow. I setup a Server2k3 box and I put the hard drive from the vista machine into the new machine, but when I try to copy the apache directory. It fails, I figure maybe it is a read only thing, so I try to reset the permissions, but it says I can't do that either. Tomorrow I'm going to hook it up to my back, take it off then put it on the other with MacFUSE. Any other options that might be faster?

Tried that too, under advanced permissions it shows the Server2k3 Administrator as being owner of the files and the whole drive.

So, if you go to the apache directory, look at the Security Permissions, choose "Advanced", and view the "Effective Permissions" for "Administrator", does the Administrator have the rights you need?
