Cannot boot new system

Hi all,
I recently build a new PC with the folloiwng config:

AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+
Asus A8N 32-SLI-Deluxe
2GB Corsair Value Select PC3200 DDR 400MHz Memory (C13-2920)
Seagate / 250GB / 7200 / 8MB /S-ATA-150 / Hard Drive with NCQ (TSD-250AS)
eVGA GeForce 6800 GS 256MB vide card

When I power up the system there is nothing in the monitor. The motherboard LED is on, the PSU and CPU fans are running. No sound or beeps.

What should I do next to troubleshoot? Could the RAM be a problem?
Any help would be appreciated
