Cannot boot from CD

Im trying to reinstall winxp (current install is totally toast) and on boot i get the error
"500T cannot boot from CD - code: 0

any insight into this would be greatly appreciated

ok i got it guys, apparantly the mobo wasnt liking that cdrom drive
