1 and done for me. I mean I got through 90% of the can, but only through the use of copious amounts of accouterments (lemon, sriracha, crackers, creme fraiche, avocado, salt were all available). I treated them somewhere between an oyster and smoked salmon.
They basically tasted like a piss poor version of smoked scallops, with a grittier texture similar to the insides of overcooked mussels.

I like the stuff but I love oysters, raw or cooked. But I don't understand how it's so cheap.
