I'm looking for monitor arms, but dont want to spend a bundle... something to support up to 21" max, 19" is fine, up to 65 pounds but 50max is fine.. Clamp version instead of drilling version...

I saw a lot at over 200 bucks.. but i dont want to spend that much..
