Canadian website to buy vid cards

My friend needs to buy a midrange card 250$ CDN / 150-175$ US...*from a canadian website*.
You guys know of websites to buy from, that deliver fast and are decently-priced ?
Please lemme know.
[ALSO: How long do US sites take to deliver to canada ? Which ones do ?]

Don't know of many big sites in the US that ship to Canada, but here are some Canadian sites:

www.ncix.com
www.vibecomputers.com
www.anitec.ca

I was given these when I asked the same question you did a while back 🙂
Was helping a Canadian friend determine what system he should build and how much it would look to cost him. From what I hear and what I've seen, ncix is almost like a Canadian version of Newegg, but their prices are slightly more expensive than the other two I listed. Anitec is the cheapest, but I hear their shipping is subpar occassionally. Vibe is in the middle as far as price goes, and their shipping and support is supposed to be pretty good. Take a look around, pick whichever you like best.

Also try www.tigerdirect.ca - they have some good prices as well.

As for Canada Computers - they have good prices but last I checked they didn't ship to anywhere; you just have to go to one of their locations.

Fortunately, they just opened up a location right by me in Mississauga 😉 .

I know i'm new here, but i've been around a while.
i wouldn't trust canada computers. i used to live in Kingtson Ont. and they were the absolute worst place to buy anything. they may have some good prices, but service was virtually none existant. i had to take back a DOA soundblaster audigy, they wouldn't even give me a full refund because i couldn't "prove" right then and there that it didn't work. so i got 50% back, plus they took a 15% restock fee out of that! sorry for the rant, i just can't stand CC. www.kingstoncomputerplanet.com was opened by disgruntled CC employees from kingston, a FAR better place in my opinion, plus that of most kingstonites. they ship to just about anywhere too, $20 flat fee. or at least it was when i ordered from Greenwood NS a while ago. i've heard mixed reviews of tigerdirect. i've ordered a few things from www.ncix.com very good place.
anyway, just my 2 cents, and again sorry for the rant on CC.
cheers

Whereabouts in Mississauga do you live jiffylube? Cuz i'm around there too 🙂 .. and yes I was the 2nd person to buy a system (sig) at the new Canada Computers store at Mavis/Eglinton 🙂

www.ncix.com BC and west coast - AWSOME service, AWSOME RMA, Good prices.

www.memoryexpress.com - Calgary, wide range of stuff, decent to good prices

www.dangeo.com - western canada - decent prices, limited stock.

I vote for NCIX. Never had a problem RMAing something, ordering something... anything. They're awsome and will ship anywhere in canada cheap.

They generally price match and as said above their support is certainly better than most, which can be non-existant.
