Seems someone changed a handful of LED signs that are inside each of the GO trains, the Toronto area commuter train.

haha...I used to have one of those remotes/programmable LED signs. Damn, I never even thought about going around with the remote and reprogramming people's signs. Now I wish I still had it. 🙁
