Oh I agree, they are not shoo-in's, they have to make up a lot of ground because of false assumptions being made by Canadians, and fear-mongering of the other national parties.
Sandorski is correct, they are moving left if anything and to compare them to the GOP just because they are labeled "conservative" is wrong. Similarily i would not consider Liberals extreme leftists as people in the US would. Under martin, taxes have been cut on many occasions, surpluses have occured for many years and all his advisors are pretty right wing. (Martin, Goodale, McLellan, Stronach, Brison)
There you have it aidanjm, all the Canadians are coming in here saying your accusations are wrong and projections on false pretenses, these aren't even Conservative supporters. Should probably keep those wacky theories to yourself, not all coservatives are like the GOP. I might as well say that any left party is heading towards Communism.
