Canadian hardware store.

Any Canadian out there know of a good hardware place in Canada? I'm talking about high-end hardware, at good prices. Initially I was going to get some components off the Web but then I have to pay S+H and who knows what else (no seriously, what else would I have to pay?) Any responses would be helpful.

Thanks.

Except most Winnipeg stores either suck completely, or are only half-decent and charge too much.

NCIX.com whips their butts on price. Service? I haven't tried yet but I hear good things.
Just do not, DO NOT, shop at Computer Avenue or CDC. Both are complete SHEISTERS! EVIL! AVOID! BAD!

I see a lot of people here recommending Netlink (NCIX.com), just don't buy hard drives from them. Last year they shipped me a hard drive and a DVD drive in the same box, with about a dozen foam chips. IOW, they were smacking together all the way here. Went to their website and in their forums found others complaining about the same crappy packing. The manager said he'd have a talk with their "shipping department" (likely his cousin in the basement) so it wouldn't happen again. Yet, I continued to see complaints from others in their own forums (until they started censoring such criticism).

Try to find what you can locally. There must be some resellers around who can order you what you want.

There are a couple of half-assed computer shops here, nothing worth my business though. NCIX looks good, have to check them out more. Thanks all.
