This reminds me of when the Canadian flag was displayed upside down at the world series in the early 90s.

Canada has been sovereign and separate from Britain since 1867.

I feel that our nation makes more rational decisions by not giving any one person absolute power. The Queen only gets involved if she disagrees with a decision made by our government. That has not happened as yet. She consults with our PM via our Governor General.
