In fact, only a small part of Canada is actually French. Lots of bilinguals, but we're primarily English.

Yes, every other irrelevant country in the entire world.

I'd say that the biggest problem with Canada is the National Canadian Inferiority Complex that they have from having the US as their only neighbor.
