Yeah, they always get mad around Turkey Day, because they're reminded of how they had to wait another month and change to enjoy it. 😀

If I couldn't live in America, Canada would be my next choice.

How many of you have actually ever lived in Canada who think the states are better, I'm not trying to say this as an insult. But regularly ya folks state that the states is far better than Canada, but how many of you have lived here for atleast a few years?

I lived in the states in California for a bit, and I despised it. I'm not even sure why, I just really didn't like the place, there was next to no natural habitat (and although I'm not a tree hugger, it's very nice to have it around) and I myself find the quality of life up north here to be fantastic.

I agree the quality of life is good.. you don't have to go other places to think that. If you think it's good as is... it likely is. 😀
I've never lived in the states, but would give it a try if I have to. I am going to stay in Canada by choice though if I can because i am used to how it works, and of course, I love it. 😀

I'm a coonass. I'm from the swamps in Louisiana and Mississippi. No offense to anyone, but I'm not much for this "northern culture" stuff. Indiana is too far north. Besides, I'm American, and the USA is near and dear to my heart. I don't like snow either 😉

Plus, I don't speak French!

lol, i cant speak a speck of french - from what ive experienced from about manitoba west the frenchies usually avoid

I like living in Canada, and it's definitely one of the best places to live in the world, but probably not the best. I would prefer a country with softer climate - cooler summers and warmer winters. But i guess you can't have everything.

You kow this poll is going to get an ass whooping because Canadians make up a small part of this board 🙂

That being said......... I'm proud to be a Canadian and a Vancouver Canucks hockey fan 😀

Cheers,
Aquaman

yeah me too, and its close to the US so I could still go to the US all the time. 😉

Hehe Canada is in America, get an atlas 😛

I don't think Canada is the best place in the world, but it's certainly not even close to the worst (and the US is not the best either I might add).

If I couldn't live in the U.S. I would go to Canada, British Columbia specifically. It's beautiful and the people I met on my one trip there were great. My only dislike would be the winters. I'm a sunshine guy who believes that snow belongs on postcards.
