So we lost a CF-18 yesterday, luckily the pilot is fine.

According to the article we have 120 CF-18's, but I'm pretty sure that closer to 80 are operational, iirc.

To be honest, it sounds like he blew off a few bits of it during a high-G manuever (which shouldn't happen, so I blame the fact that you Canadians suck at taking care of military hardware)

According to the article we've lost 16 of these things already. That's over 10% of our initial fleet! What a dismal rate.

considering canada never really fights, they are very lucky they have a good relationship with us and is not bordering russia or russia would be 2 times bigger already

luckily the US bought AK from the russians, eh? 😉

Canada can't have a large military or the US would bitch and moan, then make up a store about weapons of mass destruction so then could invade.

Our airforce is a solid group of flying squirrels. They work hard every day and deserve the sack of nuts they get every day.

our heavy artillery units are aging... moose only live so long, you know. 😀

lol, thats pretty great.

But yeah, if Canada had to large an army, the US would just run up there and bomb everything in the name of god and wmd's, then claim there wehre no wmd's and then move on to greenland saying they lied and its not green at all.
