it's a decent price but it has 7ns ram.. which means the mem is already overclocked so if you want to overclock this it won't get above 175-180...
if you live in toronto you can pick up a msi, asus, or abit mx for around $149 so that would be a better deal if you wanted to overclock.

I see Geforce MX deals for around $100 all the time
its the Geforce GTS, the Geforce Pro, and the Geforce Ultra that are $170 +

NedNeederlander,
He's talking CANADIAN dollars.
You see them all the time at around $100 U.S.
But the going rate in Canada is around $185 to $200.
$1 U.S. dollar is about $1.55 Can.
Add shipping Taxes and duty...
Ordering a $100 dollar item from the states costs about $200 Canadian by the time you get it.

kaiser are those prices advertised anywhere? Ncix.com pricematches anything like that, it'd be sweet to pick up the abit for that price.

i bought an asus and abit mx from canadacomputers B&M for $149 each a few months ago..
check their website..
www.canadacomputers.com

edit.. just checked the canadacomputers website and the asus v7100's are up to $157.. guess they give you a discount in person...
the abit's are $159... on the website as well..
it's still about $10 or $12 cheaper than that vancouver place though

i'm a torontonian who managed to get a ELSA 32MB GTS gladiac for $125USD/$187.50CND (impossible to get in canada for that price currently)it was the staples usa deal a few months back:) so $125CND is a great price for an GEFORCE MX even if it has 7ns ram.
Thanks ANANDTECH!!!!!

You can pick up an Asus 7100 mx for only $155(dont have to pay tax) at Wayview
Some of their prices are a bit higher than ncix.com or other places, but you dont have to pay tax on parts.

Getting a radeon 64mb Retail for about $225 is probably a better deal. Use that Ati Trade up program to get it for $275 then use the $50 MIR they give you.... its a way better card.
