you can touch the paperclip...the powersupply outputs 12v or 5v. that cant shock you.

pretty sure that is plenty enough to shock you especially with 15 or 20A on the 12V rail... i'm not sure but just to be on the safe side nobody touch the paperclip ok? sweet.
