can you tell difference between different beats/tones/pitch?

actually this is probably my problem and not my headphones

My pitch difference was all over from 60hz to 3hz, I would be its the on board audio.

Either that or my hearing sucks, but I somehow doubt that.

Using crappy computer set up...

1.95 Hz (got as low as .375)
80% on rythm
75% on tone deaf

92% on rhythm.
80% on tone.
Pitch was good. Didnt take score.
