There is a force in this country that wraps itself in the American Flag - Strengthens itself with the 1st Amendment to the Constitution, and arms itself through the second amendment. But they are determined to destroy our nation's form of government in any way they can.

What they are doing in a fiendishly clever way is called sedition Text[L=Text].

Leading actor in this is the FOX news network. What began as mild vieled racism during the presidential campaign failed because too many people didn't want to be outed. When the Republican Party saw that racism wasn't going to work and Obama was probably going to be nominated, some clever person said - if we can't reach enough people with overt racism, we can reach a great multitude through their pocketbooks.

Bush and Paulson started the ball rolling as Bush's last act of destruction before leaving office. If the nation's economy was in such bad shape, why didn't he just leave and dump the whole mess in Obama's lap?

What he did was fire the first volley at the people's purse strings with a $780 billion dollar gift to ???? Just where did that money go??? Then they began pushing the totally misguided concept that that was the taxpayers money - money out of your pocket. I defy you to show me a bank statement or other evidence that bailouts came out of your pocket. Supporters of the ruse trumpet your right as a citizen to have a say in how the government spends the tax dollars they receive from the people. But the reality is once you pay the tax the money is gone and is no longer yours.

But those who perpretated this seditious scheme continually screamed about Obama's spending your money. Fox and company kept up a constant 24 hour assault on the administration and Obama designed to turn as many people as possible against Obama and the administration, and to hear Glenn Beck say it - the government of this nation - Republican and Democrat. Meanwhile, unnamed persons invented "death panels, the destruction of medicare and a myriad of other mistatements of the facts, outright lies, and created scenarios.

Under the radar of the public eye, organizational meetings were constantly being held, plans were being made, for "peaceful protest" against a created bogeyman, socialist, muslim, non-American, communist, man who had somehow wangled his way into the Presidency of the United States so he could take your guns and destroy your freedoms.

FOX's campaign over the last 6 months or so make the campaign Hitler waged to turn the people of Germany against the Jews look like child's play. They have international television broadcast rights, they have already managed to get a court to say they have the right to mispeak the news, tell untruths, and otherwise shape their broadcasts to fit their goals. Their test balloon was the "tea parties". Today, led by Glenn Beck, they will be attempting "to take back thier country".

They have used subtle racism by invoking the cry that someone was playing the race card. Now there is a simmering pot of "neo-racists" out there who see the overshadowing menace to their freedoms, pockets, and rights as a Black man named Barrack Hussien Obama. What could be sweeter? And besides he isn't a documented American anyway.

All of you out there that have been drawn into this cesspool of hatred had better wake up. You will not be a winner in this, you are just a pawn, a manipulated pawn. If that evil seditious force out there prevails - you too will be a subject.

This isn't about bailouts. This isn't about healthcare. This isn't about another U.S. President addressing school children. This is about RACE. That's why Wilson lost his cool and shouted out like that. Why did he have to sit and be scolded by a great person (with a capital N). Did you notice the faces of some of the Republicans during the President's address?
--------------------------------------------------------
I can't get the link thing to work so feel free to dismiss this post if that is good enough an excuse. There are experts on this forum who will post very telling arguments against what was said here. That is what is so fiendishly clever about this entire national indoctrination, the ingeniously clever use of words. Last resort?

Google "sedition" if you don't like wikipedia.

We hate ourselves and one of the ways that self hate often manifests in a quiet medium, in an dynamic or stagnating culture, rural, isolated, and traditional, is xenophobia and the fear of the outside world. We see this among conservative rural communities everywhere. There is a powerful need in small communities, where everybody knows everybody, to conform to the social norms, including all the above mentioned irrational fears that are the projection of that self hate out there onto the unknown threatening external world. Backward, slow evolving communities have a paranoia they see the world through and it is reinforced by the group think of such communities.

I wouldn't worry too much about it, personally. I think what we see is the stress these communities are under due to the dynamics that rapid development brings. Television and the Internet bring the whole world to folks everywhere and the paranoids are dying. The panic you see on the right is because the right is dying. Most of the worlds people live in cities and the number of impacts city folk's brains are exposed to create much more complex ways of seeing the world. We are evolving and sort of like a snake, we are leaving behind our old dead skin.

Yea, they should be more like MSNBC where nobody disagrees with Obama. That kind of left-wing brainwashing is far more dangerous than Fox News.

Janeane Garofalo is that you? You crazy bitch you.

jimmyj68 I think you should hide under the bed today until all this bad juju blows over. I've heard that if you stay in the dark and cover your mouth and ears what scares you really doesn't happen. Give it a try.

Your sig is the crowning glory to your numerous paragraphs of paranoid ramblings.

You can't spell propaganda without G-O-P.

It started with Jesse Helms and was perfected at the national level by Lee Atwater. Take 1% of the truth and represent it as 100% of the facts. Play the hate/victim/fear card to the lowest common denominator. Wrap yourself in the Bible and the Flag spewing anti-gov't stawmen while promoting Voodoo Economics, laissez-faire oversight and 'starve the beast' fiscal management. Capitalistic jingoism and global hegemony which knows no bounds.

Break the country and then blame the Black Guy. Righttttt ...

The behavior is seditious. History will be the judge and will not look kindly upon the obfuscation and propaganda. Joe the Plumber and Joe (Wilson) the Dumber. Two heads of the same coin. The same tired pabulum of talking points and fallacious propaganda taken to a new vicious level. The New Cons. Now with more Hate.

But the neoCons have always been quite competent at The False Flag and revisionist history. Their star may again burn brightly before the final supernova.

Good fooking riddance. It's time for the adults to deliver us from your debauchery and lies.

Van Jones resigns and the next thing you know all the angry young men start ranting and raving. It's kind of fun to watch in a perverse sort of way.

When I read the OP, and heyheybooboo, I can't help but refer back to what Pat Buchanan was talking about.

When we're at each others throats like this, forcing ourselves upon each other is only going to result in violence. Now is your chance to avoid bloodshed, now is your chance not to impose your will against the will of the people. Are you going to encourage state's rights, or are you going to encourage one shoe fits all?

Remove yourselves from the grand delusions of centralized power while you still can.

With teh way that fox continually misrepresents the facts/issues and shills for its GOP brethren, its plausible. However, I don't think that there is anything that can or should be done about it. Their actions fall under yellow journalism at best, and outright sedition at worst.
