I think it would be cool to put pictures on a tablet such as a woman being used as a human shield and try to shoot the tablet and the tablet registers the hit.

The tablet would not register an Airsoft pellet as a touch because the pellet would not conduct electricity when touching the screen. You are better off just printing out an image on paper and finding the hole in the paper after the shot.
