Dumb question (based on experience, yesterday to be exact) Are you sure the computers IP Address is the one your routing port 80 to???

can you see it yourself ? Hit your local IP address and see if a default page (or whatever you setup for the webroot) comes up.
 
This is the config @ the moment:

Router: Di-524

No DMZ
Virtual Server: TCP, Private Port 80, Public Port 8088

Firewall:
Source: * - * (all IP)
Destination: 192.168.0.103, Protocol: TCP, Port Range 8088 - 8088 (maybe this should be 80?)
